Terms of sale

1. Seller. Products are sold by Pilot Gaming — Frédéric Vigreux, micro-entrepreneur registered in France (details on the Legal notice page). VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French CGI.

2. Products & prices. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, plus shipping calculated at checkout. The €0.08 WEEE eco-fee per device is included. USD prices are indicative only; payment is processed in EUR.

3. Order & payment. Orders are paid online by card (Stripe) or PayPal. The order is firm once payment is confirmed; a PDF invoice is emailed to you.

4. Shipping. Parcels ship from France via Colissimo (Europe) or FedEx/DHL (North America and rest of world), with tracking. Delivery times are indicative. Customs duties and import taxes outside the EU are the customer's responsibility.

5. Right of withdrawal. EU consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. Return the product unused, in its original packaging, at your cost; we refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

6. Warranty. Products carry the French legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects. Contact us before any return.

7. Liability. Panels are game accessories for PC. Pilot Gaming cannot be held liable for indirect damage or for changes made to the Star Citizen game by its publisher.

8. Law & disputes. French law applies. EU consumers may use the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
